Mr Patrick Mullins

Mr Patrick Mullins has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and a Master of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and has practised as a solicitor since 1981. An accredited specialist in Personal Injuries Law with the Queensland Law Society, he practices in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injuries litigation, employment and industrial relations. Mr Mullins’s interest in administrative law is also apparent through his involvement in veterans’ matters. He is a Practitioner Member of the Solicitors Complaints Tribunal, an External Review Officer with Legal Aid Queensland, and Chair of the Access to Justice Committee of the Queensland Law Society. He is currently a partner with the firm, Mullins Lawyers.
Mrs Dina Browne AO

Mrs Dina Browne AO was a Commissioner of the CJC from 1996 to 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Natal and has taught in South Africa and Swaziland as well as Australia. Her career in television has included appointments as Director of Children’s Television for the Seven Network, and Manager of the Festival of Television for Australian Children for the Commonwealth Government. She has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the Queensland Museum and Chairperson of the Film Queensland Assessment Panel. Mrs Browne is currently Director of a company that is producing a multimedia program for international youth. She has been a Review Commissioner since 1996, and also assists in the overall management of the process in her role as Police Service Review Administrator.
