Role of the CMC

The CMC is charged with improving integrity and reducing the incidence of misconduct in Queensland's public sector agencies.

Oversight and monitoring
To ensure that public sector agencies properly investigate matters referred to them, we monitor their performance and hold them accountable for how they have acted.
